Whitham Mills Secures A Multi-Site Install For A Big International Retailer
One of the leading automatic baling system designers and manufacturers, Whitham Mills, has recently installed two balers for a top UK fashion retailer who has over 320 stores throughout the UK, Europe and North America.
The contract is the latest for Whitham Mills with a long list of retail customers such as B&M, Tesco, Poundland and Lidl. The new customer required equipment capable of baling cardboard and plastic film in excess of 5 tonnes per hour, and another to bale material such as cardboard and plastic hangers.
Whitham Mills supplied and installed a fully automatic GB1108FSS baler with a 6000lb chain conveyor at the client’s Islip depot and a further horizontal semi-automatic baler for the Glasgow site.
