• WM40R-Type 3 Dual Box African Baler

  The 40R type 3 is comprised of two baling chambers, which are attached to a central pivot – the first chamber is used for loading and the second for baling.

• WM50S-BB

  

  Specifically designed for baling textiles (used clothing), the 50S is hand-fed through the large front doors and the material is then pressed until the required bale weight is achieved (this process usually takes 4 fills). Once this is achieved, the bale chamber is lifted by the operator, using hydraulic lever controls, to provide access to the bale for strapping and wrapping purposes.

• WM50R-BB

  

  The 50R is designed to bale a wide range of products e.g. Textiles, Wool, Cotton, Fibres etc. This excellent, cost-efficient baling press is fabricated from heavy- duty steel section. The central rotating column point enables the filled bale chamber to be swivelled from the pre-press feed side to the main press ram, where the baling takes place. While the baling is in process, the operation on the pre-press side recommences. This ensures that a continuous process is achieved, which maximises the potential of the machine. Once the required bale weight has been achieved, the boxes are automatically, hydraulically lifted to allow easy access to the bales for wrapping & strapping purposes.
