• Fully Automatic Channel Balers

  

  The following comments have been provided by Wilkinson’s:

  With reference to our own GB1108F baler, from the onset of our installation to present day this baler has transformed the way in which our card has been handled. This direct baling on our dedicated distribution site has given a 30% increase with revenue back to our business. Our baler has, from the day of installation, performed without fault on a constant shift with excellent back up from the manufactures, who have provided a working relationship which, these days, is a very rare concept. We have built an outstanding relationship with Kevin Whitham, who has always provided his personal service to our company’s requirements and this relationship has been instrumental in us now ordering two further machines from Whitham Mills, mostly due to the robust engineering of their equipment, their unfaltering personal approach and their trade mark of always being there for customers.

• Whitham Mills Semi-Automatic Balers

  

  Further to the installation of a Whitham Mills 50H Semi-Automatic Baling Press at SITA Community Recycling, their Contracts Manager, Mr Dean Paddock, made the following comments:

  'Just a few words to say thankyou for supplying SITA/W.S.S.C. with the new baling press. I had some idea of the capabilities of the machine and it has far exceeded those.

  We are achieving a 35% increase in bale weight, compared to our existing units, and have reduced our haulage costs dramatically. I would also like to thank your installation team, who installed the unit in my absence without any fuss or disruption to the rest of the plant.

• WM-CRB1 Fully-Automatic Tin Balers

  

  CORUS CHOOSE WHITHAM MILLS

  Following the installation of a new Whitham Mills CRB Baler for steel cans at Can-Do Recycling in Glasgow, which was funded by Corus Steel Packaging Recycling, David Williams, their Commercial Manager said:

  “The CRB baler has proved to be an excellent machine for high volume, high-speed applications. It is sturdy, reliable and gets through steel cans in no time, producing a dense, tight bale. We are delighted with it and so are the operators. We will definitely be buying more in the future.”

  Corus Steel Packaging have now purchased in excess of thirty balers and systems from Whitham Mills.

• WM100DC Fully-Automatic, Horizontal Twin-Ram Baler
